SHIPPING POLICY
Procedure for receiving shipments:
Orders not shipped UPS go out common carrier. These deliveries normally arrive safely, but there is always the possibility of freight damage. It is your responsibility to ensure the product has not been damaged during shipping. You take possession of all products once it leaves our warehouse. Please follow these procedures when receiving your order.
Freight truck (common carrier)
q The freight company will call to schedule for delivery. Someone needs to be there to get the product off of the truck and sign for it. If the receiver tells the carrier there is no signature required and the freight is left at the destination we have no recourse for freight claims.
q Please make sure to have someone there to help you to inspect and unload the product from the truck. This is curbside delivery.
q Give everyone at the place of shipment these instructions. If they sign for the shipment you are still responsible.
q Do not sign for anything until you have opened the boxes and inspected all products for freight damage. If the truck driver is unwilling to wait for the inspection, please write on the paper work that you were unable to inspect the merchandise, and will inspect the shipment within 24 hours. The freight company is still responsible for any damage.
q If any of the products or boxes are damaged or missing, make a note on the bill of lading and keep a copy of the paper work. Refuse any damaged merchandise if the driver will let you.
q Call us at (800) 856.6641 and inform us of the refused product or problems with freight company ASAP. Please have your invoice number or the person’s name the order was placed under available when calling.
UPS Deliveries
q Make sure to open and inspect ALL boxes upon arrival for any damaged or missing items.
q If shipment is damaged, please refuse shipment and make note of it with the driver.
q If you are not present when the delivery is made, please inspect the product and report any problems within 24 hours to us at 800-856-6641.
RETURN POLICY
All returns need approval prior to returning and must be done within 30 days. Stock returns are subject to a restocking fee of 25% or more plus return freight charges.
No returns or exchanges on Special or Custom orders. If your order has already shipped this is a return and it is subject to a restocking fee of 25% or more plus return freight charges. Original freight will not be reimbursed
SPECIAL OR CUSTOM ORDERS
Absolutely no returns or exchanges on Special or Custom orders.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Stock orders may not be cancelled once shipped. Special or Custom orders may not be stopped or cancelled on the order is placed.
